I would be just as skeptical of a plan to keep ammunition out of the hands
of criminals as I am about plans to keep guns out of the hands of
criminals.You damn well know that if laws were passed to heavily regulate
ammunition, all it would do is create a huge black market for the stuff.
Anyone with a little money to invest could set up a shop making ammunition
and selling it on the black market at hugely inflated prices. Sorry, I just
don't buy it.
