This was an agreement that we both agreed on. Actually I am the one that
made the arrangements and all. And I am the one that will be filing. It was
a very hard thing to do but I seriously had to consider what was best for my
child. I know a lot of guys willing give up their kids to live the bachelor
life, but that is not why I did that. Being single sucks really and I hate
it but once again, what is best for my daughter. The wife and I had been
living selfish lives. Neither one of us wanted to be away from her but I
finally decided that having her listen to us bicker about stupid shit all
the time or just not talking to each other at all other than exchanging
pleasantries once in a while was not a good environment to be in. So I made
what was probably the hardest decision that I ever had to make and I am
going to have to live with it. But one thing about me, I am a survivor and I
will get through this. I plan to have her on here on spring and fall break,
Christmas and part of the summer, and believe me when she is here, it is
just her and I. I could care less if I have a girlfriend or what, it is just
her and I and I am going to make the most out of every minute I have her.
I appreciate all of the advice and concern also. I really do.
This weekend away from the house was good for me. I had a chance to blow off
some steam and talk to family who went out with me and get things sorted
out.
Thanks again to this wonderful community and support.
