I dunno if that's how "right wingers" feel...but that's how I feel.

I think lawsuits against tobacco companies are ridiculous. They have a
warning label, if you ignore it, tough toenails. I love that as an American,
I have the choice to slowly chip years off my life in the name of instant
gratification if I choose too. That's freedom man. Suing the people who
warned me each time I did, even while providing the option, seems illogical
to me.

Now....lawsuits that attack the tobacco companies specific targetting of
underage smokers...those have validity IMO.
