I like some of the old commercials from the 50's and 60's. I think you only have to show those commercials and copies of the tobacco documents that proved tobacco was harmful and the case is done.
CEO of Tobacco company XYZ had this report in his hand in 1960 showing the link between tobacco and lung cancer. In 1962 XYZ company produced this advertisements stating tobacco produced no adverse health concerns. At the point the attorney should jump up and down hollering "Liar Liar pants on fire, I rest my case" the problem I have with the law suits is where does the money go? Lawyers get way too much. It's hard to quantify who should get how much if the proceeds go to smokers. I think the funds should go to anti-smoking campaigns, County and State health providers, and provide free enrollment in programs to assist people who are trying to stop smoking. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Deploy Web Applications Quickly across the enterprise with ColdFusion MX7 & Flex 2 Free Trial http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJU Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:231188 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
