Yes, and some people are born completely fucked up...but through the help
they receive in a stable environment, they are able to become normal,
productive people.

Some people are born just fine, with a nice family, etc. But then
circumstances turn their world's upside down and they spiral out of control
and become completely fucked up.

So I don't see how you can completely dismiss nurturing in favor of nature.
I think it's clear both have an influence, and in what ratio they influence
varies from person to person, and situation to situation.
