Well, that's still a sizeable footprint when I have very limited desktop space. 
I'll look into it though, I might be able to find a spot if I do some 
rearranging. Just added a second monitor though, so not a lot of available 
space!

I think in most cases you can just use the headphone output and run a mini jack 
to the line in on the card.

Do the online services also offer purchase capability? One thing I like with 
some of the players is the ability to *tag* a song and then go online and 
purchase through Napster.

Well, it's good to know, for those times when I'm not doing highly resource
