LOL, yeah that's my usual tactic for someone that gets to be a real pest. In
fact, I have the Apathy poster from despair.com in my office for laughs
(http://despair.com/ap24x30prin.html). But I could probably count the number of
customers like that I've had on one hand, and never before have gotten to that
point with someone pre-sale! Usually I like impressing them with how responsive
and helpful I am...but I definitely am getting the feeling that this is someone
that will give me no peace at all.

Well, I did try that (at least, tried to lump a bunch into one answer) but then
he just asked me the same questions again including ones I already had
answered. And then also asked for even *more* clarification on other questions
as well, questions why I have some features the way they are (leading to my
having to explain why things are done a certain way, etc.) Sigh. I do pride
myself on providing good support for my customers...but after 3 or 4 hours of
answering this email barrage, I'm definitely losing patience....not something I
am particularly blessed with regardless. ;-)
