Your clothing is private property, but that does not impart the same privacy 
rights as your home, which is clearly considered private. Remember if you are 
in the street that is not considered private. 

If you are so convinced that the car should be held to the same privacy 
standards, try this, get in your car and take off all your clothing. Moon the 
first cop you pass and watch what happens. I am sure that the judge in your 
case will take a very dim view of your privacy argument.
