Yes, yes, a million times yes. Our cats have never forgiven us for getting our dog two years ago ... I'm certain they plot revenge on a constant basis. Their favorite strategy so far: weave in and out of our legs as we walk down stairs in the hopes that we will trip and hopelessly break every bone. And either cat will take turns sleeping on our chest, neck, and/or head, tail firmly clamped around our noses at night ... the better to suffocate us, I suppose. All the above behavior began shortly after we got the dog. Cats are excellent carriers of the deadly disease called "the grudge." Beware, and watch out when going down stairs.
