Yeah, I hear you, but the reason I set a number in my mind is twofold: (1.) It sends a message to US citizens and the World: we're leading and we're putting our money on this, not just our mouth. (2.) It gives the team (USJCGW) freedom, just like a business loan. My would be that if we pull together the right team of American leaders from all disciplines that they'll manage the money right. Who better as treasurer than Warren Buffet or Jack Welch? At this point, I really see this as a business problem: what are the risks and what decisions are we going to make? E.g., even a guy like Buffet can't stand still with his money which is why he's investing in railroads. He'd be a top guy to run the USJCGW. In my opinion, until we do that, we're just not serious nor will we accomplish anything. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| ColdFusion is delivering applications solutions at at top companies around the world in government.
