Check out www.consumerist.com for all sorts of horror stories dealing with Best Buy. From people being arrested for complaining, to managers hiding in their offices to one woman's story of buying a hard drive, only to get home and find out the box was filled with rocks, and then Best Buy refusing to give her a refund.
