I just got my 2nd refurb back yesterday. Luckily it looks even better than the 1st refurb.
Good luck with yours.... Don't know if I'll ever get a BB warranty again. Don't know if I'll set foot in that store again. I've been at Costco when people brought in a receipt and something that looked like a lump of plastic and Costco has replaced it with working electronics. I think that's where I'll shop from now on.
