And when you said that post-op spays and neuters have only a little discomfort.. I was like WHAT!!!! That isn't true either and you suggest that a declaw is way worse in terms of pain... well it isn't. I never said anything about the changes being negative, thats you. on genetics.. i was merely pointing out that we can find any issue and debate the good and bad. "I went to vet school for several years " umm ok... several years is at least 3 and most vets graduate in 3 1/2 - 4 years & your original statement was that you thought about going to vet school and worked a little bit part time at a vet hospital, i think there is a big difference there, I really can't image someone going to 4 years of college and several years of vet school and not do 1/2 or 1 more year.
