It seems reasonable to violate an individual's rights on their private

Independence, MO, a suburb of KC, is hoping to compromise on it's smoking
ban. Owners of bars that do not serve food....basically just your local
watering holes.....want an exemption to the smoking ban. All restaurants
would still be smoke free.
