By your logic then there should be NO health related ordinances and laws for restaurants.
Hey I hope you like rats and cockroaches in your food, and from what I understand food poisoning is a great way to lose weight. Its essentially the same thing. I have no problem with whatever you do in your house, but in a public place (like restaurants and bars) then its a different story. I don't want to have to ingest your smoke when I'm trying to eat my meal or have my drink.
