That's the spirit! There's hope yet.

Transportation doesn't == combustion engine. You've got feet, right?
Arms if not? Someone to push you around if none?

I *have* to walk down the sidewalk, not 10 feet from hundreds of
fucking cars that drive by. With my kids. My dog. My wife.
I guess I could buy a helicopter, or jet-car, or whatever.... but that
shit's up there too!

You are trying to tell me that *choosing* to enter an establishment
that allows smoking is somehow more invasive than being FORCED to
breath the crap *you* "need" for transportation?

I think you just like your car (/me think of the first Life episode "I
am not attached to this car (repeat)"

It's not, per se, unless you count the "lets pop smokers in the
kisser!" comments.

I think you better re-think your logic here. Re: the "cars" argument.

There is a choice-- you *choose* not to patron the establishment that
smokes. If the owner wants your business bad enough, it will change.
We DON'T need laws for this shit, when so many just causes go
"lawless". Our fucking political system needs reform, man. That's
more important than if someone else can do something you don't like.

Prove to me that you are forced to breath cigarette smoke like I'm
forced to breath your "transportation".

So long as it's not the government that's making the decision, I don't care.

Someone *forcing* you to work with smokers? You don't have a choice,
you're saying?

Sad. :-( Very sad.

We don't need the government to take over thinking for us, people. Really!
