did it ever do any good? i mean, there are these "so many feet" bans here, but a) no one enforces them, and b) no one abides by them, for the most part.
i have changed what door i enter our building in because of the damn stank-ass smokers outside. it only takes a few seconds of exposure to get that shit all stuck in your hair and clothes.
