Exactly. It's a fundamental shift from what science is. The whole basic tenet of scientific theory is to seek positive, natural proof for things...ID is the exact opposite of both of these. It seeks to explain life through unnatural means, through negative proof (we can't fully explain it any other way, therefore it must be true). Would you want anything else taught to your kids that is so fundamentally flawed in its basic logic?
