That may sound like I'm tooting my own horn, but I've become the goto guy for any kind of programming question in my company. Heck, the other guy is the "VB" guy, but I still field all the macro questions and vb scripting questions! I don't necessarily know if matching all these criteria make me a "good" programmer, but programming is something I've known I've wanted to do since my first VIC-20 at the tender age of 11. It frustrates me a lot of times to see the crap code this other guy puts out, but on the other hand, it's seems to be what business wants. "Does it work? Great, ship it!" seems to be the motto.
