We'll sell guns to anyone. We supply Israel with weapons that they don't make
themselves. Actually, most of our foreign aid to Israel is slated for military. They
can't get it all in civilian even if they wanted to. We supply weapons systems to
Egypt, Syria and every other Arab state in the area as well. (Syria has been occupying
Lebanon for years now and both are officially still at war with Israel). It's all cash
to us. And when the war comes, we'll get on the side that 'offers' us the most. I love
America, but we're definitely hypocrites in many, many ways.
As a side note, Syria's been on the US terrorist list for a long time. So we were
selling them warplanes while they were 'officially' terrorists. Oy.
