I do the high fat/high protein/low-carb thing 5 days/week so some of these ideas you probably won't like (ya know, due to the massive amounts of chemicals) but for what it's worth, here are some of them. * sugar-free jello. An old stand by, boring, but surprisingly satisfying. * calorie free Walden Farms anything: jams, syrups, chocolate sauce, etc. * High-fat "pudding": take some full strength ricota (4%), add in a little calorie free chocolate sauce and blend with an immersion blender til smooth. That's tasty! * I also do peanut butter with the cal-free choc sauce.
