If you are launching rockets at civilians then its terrorism. If your blowing up women and children eating pizza and minding their own business then its terrorism. If you even think of calling that freedom fighting then you've lost any respect I may have. There is NO freedom fighting that kills in this manner. It's only relative to those who subscribe to moral equivalence.
And yes, 'they' are trying to spread terror. 'They' have stated quite clearly that they don't want peace. Give 'them' an inch and they want more. 'They' are Hamas. 'They' are Hizballah. 'They' are those who attack for no reason other than to attack 'dem Jews'. Ask them yourself and they'll tell you as much. And the affluent is a documented fact. We're not talking ambiguities. We're not talking attacking troops or army bases. We're talking flat out murder of the innocent. No ambiguities here at all. If you want ambiguities then have 'them' say their an army at war with the army of Israel and then they can be labeled militants, insurgents, freedom fighters, or whatever. Till then.... "terrorists" is itself a "term". Maybe they're freedom fighters. > (Not referring to any group here, just the term "terrorist", sorta > like "cultist"-- it's relative) > > Although, this is a core thing here, ain't it? Are "they" really > trying to just spread terror, as we're led to believe-- or are there > actual reasons for why people do things? (to some extent, at least). > > I don't know if I agree about the "most" and "affluent" bit. I don't > know for sure, but I doubt it. > > Again, "terrorism" meaning different things to different people. How > do you count ambiguities?
