Well gee, lets look at the facts. Up until now it was hard to get the 
Iraqi Army to actually lead an offensive, and often it was at our 
urging. And it was hard to get the Iraqi government to actually take 
charge of something. No one had a lot of confidence that they would ever 
take charge, and all of a sudden they decide they want to take charge, 
so yeah, it is a bit surprising to me too. I am pretty stoked actually 
that they are taking over something that we ( or more the Brits in this 
case) were doing for the last 5 years. In case you have not been 
following the bouncing ball, when the Iraqi Army can take over security, 
we can start sending troops home. I thought that was what you all wanted?
