I just reviewed a quote my dad got for a new desktop.  Recommended XP 
over Vista.  I'd switch back to XP if it weren't such a hassle to 
un/reinstall.

My latest problem came today with, yes, SQL Server 2005.  First, it's 
not compatable with Vista outta the box (you have to apply SP2).  
Second, Microsoft has gone so far off the deep end with their new 
permissions scheme that it's virtually impossible to run SQL Server on 
it without jumping through about 23 hoops first.

Vista, you can bite my left nut.
