I thank our lucky stars every day, that when we ordered the new laptop for Charles, we had the XP Pro Option...
Dell finally agree to replace my 5 year old laptop under warranty (couldn't get speakers working and then they mishandled my service call, making me ship it out, when a tech should of came to the house to fix it), with as good as or better, so I cant wait to see what they will be sending. All I know is that it had BETTER have XP Professional on it or I'll scream. And they are REALLY tired of dealing with me now... :) I do love Dell though! Other than the speakers, it's been a fab machine.
