Just had a similar experience. Landed a new client and are redoing their site and adding a lot more functionality to it. It's about a 3-4 week job. They signed off on it last Wednesday and called Tuesday asking why the site wasn't up yet! The account manager said the guy started screaming at her but she told him to look at the contract he signed an the launch date was middle of April. She said you could hear him feeling stupid on the phone!!
