SOC Truths:
* Humans are more important than Hardware.
* Quality is better than Quantity.
* Special Operations Forces cannot be mass produced.
* Competent Special Operations Forces cannot be created after
emergencies occur.

They are already adding a battalion per SF group, and they are having
major issues with provisioning these a teams. SF has the highest pay in
the military, the best benefits, schools and so forth, but the selection
is so difficult that less than 50% of those that attend selection make
it through, and they continue to suffer from attrition through the post
selection training.
SF in itself is already highly respected in business and government.
Especially in security and intelligence circles.
