Certainly that appears to be the conclusion of the author.  I'm allowed to 
draw my own conclusion, arent' i?

Well, I think the statistics in the article are certainly of interest and 
worth discussing.  I also think that other peoples viewpoints, even ones 
that we think are ridiculous are of interest as well, but maybe thats just 
me.
