We got Ali cleaned up and found things for the girls to do. We did everything we could with what we had, borrowing pen, making puppets and using the "voice" when the girls got too loud. We even gave them paper we brought for me to scratch out notes from the funeral and food my wife had for a "mid-flight snack." In short, on the return flight from my grandmother's funeral my wife and I babysat two little girls that were put on the flight with inadequate supplies by their parent. We had support of the flight attendant but he was not adequately prepared to deal with them. I have ideas to share but don't have the space to put them or my full letter here.
