Proponents ignore any science that answers their (mostly several decades since debunked) challenges. If ID wants to play at in the league it needs to follow the rules. I can agree with some of that... except for the scientific case for creationism. This is just a definitional thing: science has no capability to deal with unlimited, unknowable quantities. It has no capability to prove a negative. Science it simply incapable of ever making any statements on "God" or "Miracles" - they just don't fit within the bounds. A student writing a critique of evolution would be fine (I'd say encouraged) but any such critique in Science class would have to fall within the defined bounds of scientific investigation: naturalistic and falsifiable.
