It's fucking scary, is what it is. An all knowing government might *seem* safer, on the surface, but.. Holy crap is it scary. At least to me, personally. We part ways here, basically. I don't give a damn that X bad things were prevented by circumventing what I hold to be a basic right, ya know? Same thing I told that cop, who stopped me at the county line: I would prefer a free country, over a "safe" one.
