Hinda doesn't have to do. I don't dress Hinda in pants nor short dresses due
to the laws of modesty. Moshe has to stand by the side when Hinda and Judith
light Shabbos candles. I do observe differences based on gender as defined
in Judaism. I just don't think they're 'wrong'.
