Yes, the buck stops at the end, which is the president but from what I'm hearing from Gruss, there is no stop, slowdown or anything before the president. No accountability from anyone other than Bush and especially no accountability from Democrats. It's all the Republicans fault. They've controlled all aspects of the country for the last 8 years. At least that's what I keep hearing.
As for icebergs, I don't think every one has been hit.
