You just love twisting things in ways that they just don't go. Your going from the top to the bottom and trying to make then out to be the same. How about this. If your a list member and you can't convince people that its all Bush's fault, is it your fault or the fault of the argument? Or maybe the customer just doesn't want to buy what your selling.
As Maureen said, Bush has voters. This is the same as shareholders but it does not mean that he rules the country. For it to be all Bush's fault and no one else's he would have to rule the country (and the world for that matter) totally. But I guess your just buying that.
