I think there already are some ... I had a friend, can't say for sure that he was an atheist, but I have no reason to believe he wasn't, who was ordained. He even performed some weddings. He had the card to prove his ordination, which he often flashed at the bar we both hung out at on almost a nightly basis back in those days.
