Well, Joe TP is (1.) Not a plumber. Lucas County Building Inspection records show that A.W. Newell Corp - Joe TP's employer - maintains a state plumbing license with the City of Toledo but can't work in Lucas County outside of Toledo without a county license. Further, according to Ohio building regulations Joe TP must maintain his own license to do plumbing work. Thus since he is not registered to operate as a plumber in Ohio he is NOT a plumber. (2.) Was a member of the Natural Law Party until 2007 (3.) Has a lien against his house for back taxes. (4.) Has a 2007 judgement against him for $1,200 owed to St. Charles Mercy Hospital (5.) Based on income and life situation would benefit more under Obama's plan than McCain's.
