Sounds like Tom was talking about retaliation against an attack initiated by
the gov't.  Robert sounds like he's talking about the individual initiating
the attack.
Yes, we have a constitutional right to bear arms, and that right is in place
so that we can protect ourselves from tyranny.  it may be open to
interpretation, but it does not sound like it advocates picking up arms and
initiating an attack against the government.
