I bought an iPod 80 GB Classic Video this summer, and I have never been
happier. Love iTunes.

I had the Sansa and HATED the stupid clunky click-wheel thingy. I had an
old-gen Creative and loved the storage but hated the UI.

I bought my Dad the iPod for his b-day, and he is computer-dumb. That's
putting it nicely. And he loves it, and can understand pretty much
everything without a phone call to me. Bottom line for me is if you are
looking for an easy to use UI, go with the iPod. Overpriced? Yes. But the
way that Apple has done things makes it so easy to use, the price is
somewhat justified. And, if you, um, "borrow" music, it doesn't care what
format it is in. I download MP3's all the time, and it's never a problem.
