So you would agree that the converse is true then as well? Inventing a black culture just to show up whites is pretty damn racist? (That has been the motivation behind a _lot_ of race pride groups, in reaction to perceived threat or attack by others. Not all but many. As evidenced by a previous response in this thread to the pride in race question)
(or any other race group that does things purely to react to another) I do think it is kind of funny when I hear the "there is no while culture". Even if white's cannot articulate what it means, when talking about this with friends of other races (and more clearly with people of _multiple_ races) they can very clearly describe and define it.
