Keep in mind - this ISN'T a church - it's a "Church Group" who's specific relationship to any church isn't defined in the article. If it were a Church I'd be unequivocally on their side in this - the state should not be allowed to dictate Church policies (even tho' Churches clearly seem to think they're entitled to dictate state policies).
