a friend of mine who has a daughter gave me the best advice ever... he said, my job as a dad, is to be my daughters BEST friend, her confidante, her everything... so that she trusts him and has a great male role model. it will help make her seek that same guy in her future husband. if i have a daughter, this is what i will strive to do, every single day of her life.
