There you go. Everyone needs to get on board with this. Many years ago my mom was on welfare due to some unfortunate circumstances. She decided that she needed to to go college so she can have the prospects of a better job that could support us. When she went into the welfare office, the lady asked her why she wanted to do that? Mom said so she can have a better life for us. The lady asked how old my sister was. Mom says three. Lady says well if you have another kid before she is five, you can get x dollars more a month. Unbelievable. This stupid bitch was encouraging my mom to stay on the roles. Of course I am sure hers were self serving motives. Keep people on the rolls, keep her job. Anyway, the system is broke and needs fixing very bad.
