Someone should tell the HOA that if this sale doesn't go through, you're going to let it get foreclosed upon. What's worse, a "large" family (WTF is that?) moving in, or an abandoned home sitting next to them?
I have a foreclosed house across the street from me, and snowblowing their driveway and cleaning their yard, basically trying to keep it somewhat lived-in is a PITA. Also, the house across from me is now being shown at about 80K less than what I paid for mine in 2007. Does wonders for my home's value. You'd think that these pricks would think of these things before arbitrarily making up rules.
