A large extended family. I'm gonna be the bad guy and side with the HOA. Renting is a classic no-no in HOAs and it's incumbent on you, your realtor, and the buyer's realtor to know and understand the HOA covenants. If none of you did and the sale fell through then it's really your own fault; I mean it sucks, but it seems like your own fault. While 'large family' isn't defined, as you know the reason for the HOA is to maintain BOTH lifestyle and home values. It's the ultimate in local government. That said, sorry to hear about the problem and I hope your sale drives through! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:287609 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
