They do allow renters.  But it's got to be a "family unit" renting the
residence.

And yeah, I signed my life away when I moved in.  No, I didn't read thru it
all.

But I can promise you this... I will never again put myself in a position
where some other asshole gets to dictate what I can and can not do inside my
own house.  I'm the only asshole that will get to do that from here on in.
