would love to do that.  but that's just more time that i'd rather spend
constructively moving forward than dealing with shit from the past.
oh, and it's $ too.  $ that I don't currently have because I've been dealing
with a mortgage and HOA fees in FL while paying rent in CA :\

i do lay awake at night and fantasize about applying a baseball bat to the
knees of various members of the HOA tho.
