> The issue is UNPAID bills. He has a right to terminate hosting is they havent paid him for it.
Actually no, the issue is how should Dakota handle this. He wasn't asking if he has the right to shut down the client's website. The fact is he's had this client for a while. Now, during the most f*d up economic situation for generations that long-time client is overdue and states that Dakota's not the only provider that not been paid. Turning around and shutting their site down will undoubtedly get their attention and get the bill paid, but it's a small victory if it ensures the client will go elsewhere. It's easy for us to say "hey, screw 'em, they're obviously bad clients" but we aren't the one's depending on this company for revenue. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:288107 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
