Actually no, the issue is how should Dakota handle this. He wasn't asking if
he has the right to shut down the client's website. 

The fact is he's had this client for a while. Now, during the most f*d up
economic situation for generations that long-time client is overdue and
states that Dakota's not the only provider that not been paid. Turning
around and shutting their site down will undoubtedly get their attention and
get the bill paid, but it's a small victory if it ensures the client will go
elsewhere. 

It's easy for us to say "hey, screw 'em, they're obviously bad clients" but
we aren't the one's depending on this company for revenue.
