Excuse me while I laugh. The rest of the world? Like who? The UN? Russia? China? Go into the UN records and read what's going on (not just what hits the news) and you'll see that the "rest of the world" isn't doing much and does not plan to. Look at the UN nuke inspection team and you'll see a farce in action. Look at their *cough cough* human rights council and you'll see imperialism in action - against the west. Look at the security council votes and you'll see actual movement to stop Iran blocked again and again by those who are making a profit from them. Rest of the world? Who's that?
