Bush didn't sell mortgages to people who could not afford mortgages and were
bad investment bets. In fact, he tried to prevent risky loans from being
made. Take a look at the YouTube link I posted and it will all become clear.
If Congress had actually listened to people like Bush and John McCain back
in 2005, we might not be in such a mess today.
