I still cannot get past the fact that it seems like they are being rewarded for making bad decisions, while others are being punished for making good ones.
If someone who cannot keep up with the payments on their is able to re-fi at much lower rates, I think that is something that EVERYONE who opens a home should be able to do. Imagine how much we could stimulate the economy with some extra coin in our pockets from lower interest rates. I am, however, totally against being able to re-fi at the 'market value' rather than what is owed for ANYONE.
